Jose Lopez entered the medical world in 2008 by launching Lopez & Company. It initially focused on dental x-ray and monitoring displays and has since diversified into other industries, however our medical division has proven time and time again to be our most passionate and important. Now we devote most of our energy to discovering new medical technologies and bringing these technologies to the forefront in order to greatly improve the quality and experience for patience. 

Steve Wood has more than 25 years of experience developing leaders, employees and companies, improving processes and guiding cultures. In addition to working as an external consultant to companies such as J&J, Nokia, HSBC, Dallah Albaraka, & Medtronic, he has held executive HR roles in leading MNCs such as Procter & Gamble, Finmeccanica (now Leonardo), Honeywell, Huawei, and AT&T. Steve has lived and worked in the USA, Latin America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. 

Ronald Epstein has been in finance sine 1968 and is currently President of Clearlake Financial Corp., an independent leasing company specializing in the healthcare industry providing lease/financing, working capital, practice acquisition loans and asset based loans for healthcare providers, imaging centers, oncology centers, and surgical centers. Also providing asset based financing for the commercial and industrial sectors using accounts receivable, inventory, equipment and real estate as collateral. In 1995 he became President of MFC Financial Corp., an independent leasing company specializing in the healthcare industry. MFC was acquired by a public company in 1999.

Karina Mestern is Sales Director for Mexico and Central America at Worthington Industries for consumer and industrial products. Before joining Worthington, Karina was country manager for South America and customer and sales support for Latin America, Caribbean, Australia and Canada at Datascope Corporation (Patient Monitoring Division), bought by Mindray Medical in 2008. Born in Germany, grew up in Mexico, lived in Brazil for 10 years and 3 years in France, Karina is back in Mexico with an impressive international background. With nearly 20 years of sales and marketing experience in Latin America, Karina has honed her skills in customer service and international business practices. Speaking five languages and managing accounts in several countries, she’s proven to be a creative, adaptable, team-oriented sales leader. 

Neil Sperber in 1993 founded k and s medical as co patent holder and master distributor for the dewall posture protector back brace (a product so unique it was awarded its own private TLSO code by Medicare LO430). It was made of nylon -Lycra and Velcro but each device was custom fitted for the patients back ailment everything from osteoporosis to disc surgery. The new mouse trap at that time allowed for molded rigid inserts and stays in the center of the device making it as flexible or rigid depending on doctor prescription. Sperber built the sales force over a 5 year period to cover 12 states and millions of dollars in volume. That was his first medical device at age 28 today 23 years later he joins Jose Lopez to complete a vision to help shape a dynasty by bringing products and new technologies to help patients. 

CCRN, WOCN, WCC, CLT 

Yvonne Murillo was born is Caracas, Venezuela. She attended Nursing school in Venezuela and graduated in 1984 and in 1990 came to the United States. She attended a Wound Care Ostomy Program in Emory University and became a WOCN. From 2002 to 2004, Yvonne was the Wound Care Director at Cedars Medical Center in Miami. Also, from 2005 to 2007 she was the CEO and President of Polaris Healthcare USA, a company that specialized in the treatment of acute and chronic wounds. Today she is the VP of Neucare Health Services and Director of Wound Care for wound care management specialists.
